Hello November! Right now it does not feel like fall in north Alabama. It is warm and humid for the season : ( Anyways I was looking forward to more fall items in my November 2015 Stitch Fix (fix #16). I had asked my stylist again for the Chaplin Lined Anorak Jacket and luckily it was in stock! Sorry for the hanger pictures—hopefully next month I’ll get to model my items for you 😉 For any readers who are wanting to find out more about Stitch Fix, check out my first post about it here.
1. Marlow Printed Dress by Donna Morgan ($118)—Returned
I had pinned the Marlow Printed Dress by Donna Morgan onto my personal Pinterest style board. However, when I tried it on, I did not love it. The sleeves were an awkward length, and I did not think it was worth the money.
2. Breyson Pleated Tab-Sleeve Blouse by 41Hawthorn ($58)—Returned
I was excited when I saw the Breyson Pleated Tab-Sleeve Blouse by 41Hawthorn. I did not have any purple shirts, and it is a classic work top. I did like that you could wear the sleeves rolled up or down. Unfortunately it pulled tightly at the sleeves.
3. Madeon Sparkle Dolman Knit Top by Loveappella ($54)—Returned
I did not love the pattern of this shirt. The fit was fine, but the material of the sparkle was very itchy.
4. Shara Herringbone Vest by 41Hawthorn ($68)—Returned
I also had the Shara Herringbone Vest by 41Hawthorn pinned on my personal Pinterest board. It looks similar to the Jcrew outlet version, but when I tried it on I did not like how the front was longer than the back.
5. Chaplin Lined Hooded Anorak Jacket by Market & Spruce ($94)–Kept!
Luckily, the Chaplin Lined Hooded Anorak Jacket by Market & Spruce was in stock this go round. It ended up being super soft, and I liked the striped lining. My friend Melissa also received the same jacket in gray.
For next month I asked for a casual work blazer with roll up sleeves and a dress I received a while back! What would you have kept?

I just made 3 tee-shirt rag quilts and I am absolutely thrilled with them. One for a 16 year old nephew with all his tee shirts from all the sports since 2 years old, and another for my neice, 12 years old, with all of her sports and dance shirts. Your instructions were wonderful and I appreciate them. Now I am going to work with the youth group at our church to make a quilt to hang on the wall. Each will bring a tee-shirt. I will take my sewing machine–they will bring scissors–and voila!–a nice wall hanging. Thanks. Kay Steele
